Join us in Las Vegas for a long overdue PIEA reunion to catch up, take some photos and reminisce. We have a block of rooms at the Fremont Hotel for Sunday through Tuesday, April 26-28, 2026. You’ll receive a link for reservations in your confirmation email. Hotel reservations must be made by March 28. Email mmurray@atpi.org or professor_olson@me.com with any questions.

The $75 includes a reception at College of Southern Nevada, transportation around town (we are renting 12-passenger vans), and a couple of drink tickets at dinner on Monday evening. You are responsible for all meals, lodging, transportation to and from Las Vegas and any extras around Las Vegas. You can add on a trip to Nelson Ghost Town for $20 on Monday morning and/or the Neon Boneyard for Monday evening for an extra $35. Only point and shoot cameras or cellphones are allowed at the Neon Boneyard.

Sign up on the registration form if you would like to participate in the print exchange on Monday afternoon. We’ll let you know how many prints to bring with you by April 18.

Welcome to the registration system for the 2026 ATPI Winter Conference. Please follow these instructions to complete Part One of registration:

1. Enter the number of teachers, students and speakers you are registering.
2. Enter the number of students in individual and team contests.
3. Enter the number of environmental self portrait entries.
4. Enter any organization memberships you want to add.
5. Click on “Add to Event Cart.”
6. Click on “Proceed to Registration” to enter your name, school and other required information.
7. For payment information you can choose to print an invoice and mail the payment or you can pay with a credit card using PayPal. If your school or district has to enter the credit card information you will receive an email with a link to pay that you can forward to the person with the credit card.

You will receive a passcode in your confirmation email that will let you log into the second event to complete the contest and class requests. If you do not submit this second form you will not be fully registered for the 2026 Winter Conference. The second form will open on January 1, 2026.
